Ranking lighting reproductions

You will compare sets of computer-generated images. In each set, twelve people tried to reproduce the same target lighting. Your job is to put their results in order, from the one closest to the target to the one furthest from it.

About 25 minutes. Six sets of twelve images.

What you will do

1. 1A target image stays visible at the top of the screen.
2. 2Twelve results appear below it, in a random order.
3. 3Drag them into order, most similar to the target first.
4. 4Write a short note on how you decided. One note per set.

This is not a judgement of whether the lighting is good. The people were copying a fixed target, so the only question is how close each result comes to it.
